Update: After further talking with the owner/manager (not sure which), she did her part to help us out and make sure we were fully satisfied. Thank you for taking care of us. I am sure we will book with you again.
Fantastic getaway. Going back again this year.
Called at 5:23 to make our payment after getting off work and left a voicemail asking to please return the call first thing the next morning so payment could be made. My phone call was never returned. Called later to make payment only to be told it went to someone else. Customer service is lacking. Will not rebook with this company. We will continue to use Frio Country Resort instead.

Tried to reserve a house with concan river lodging and asked to give our group until a few minutes after 5 (for those families that work, to pay their part) left several voicemails, only to have the house given to someone else first thing the next morning bc they could not return phone calls. Terrible communications and customer service
